Mental Health Information

Finding quality information on mental health, substance use disorder and wellness topics can be a challenge.  We want to take the guesswork out of finding what you need.

At Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health, we offer Mental Health First Aid Training.  Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis. Visit our page for more information on upcoming courses or contact Trisha at (989) 895-2381 for more information.
