Assistant Residential Supervisor
Assists the Residential Supervisor with the daily operation of the specialized residential home and other
independent residences supported by the residential technicians. Assists the Residential Supervisor with
staff scheduling and performance monitoring, residence maintenance, record-keeping, staff training, and
assuring that individual service plans are implemented by staff according to agency, state, and federal
standards. Provides coverage in the absence of the Residential Supervisor. Provides direct support for
people living in BABH-staffed residences. Shift available for 3 PM – 11 PM.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in social work with LBSW credential or related degree in human services field with
applicable credential/licensure is preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in a residential
treatment setting providing services to persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental
illnesses is required. Must have experience implementing behavior treatment plans and providing
services to individuals in residential or community living arrangements. Supervisory experience in a
residential setting preferred. Must display initiative, judgment and leadership skills; must understand selfdetermination,
culture of gentleness, and person-centered thinking as well as cultural sensitivity.
Experience with basic office machinery, including personal computers, is required.

Salary
Salary range of $55,969 – $62,282 based on licensure plus exceptional fringes including employer
sponsored training, pension, and insurance. $1,000 signing bonus!

Intensive Case Management Specialist
Provides intensive, short-term supports to individuals with acute psychiatric symptoms in order to avoid more restrictive care settings and to maximize opportunities for recovery and desired quality of life. Functions as a part of an interdisciplinary team serving adults with serious mental illness. Participates in the Person-Centered Planning team to assist in the coordination and provision of services to individuals within the Agency and the community. Responsible for strength-based recovery assessment, plan development, linking, referring, coordinating, monitoring medications and symptoms, advocacy and administrative duties in support of empowerment and self-determination. Assists in the development and implementation of crisis/safety/relapse plan.

Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services degree. Current Michigan social work licensure preferred. 3-5 years of experience providing service to persons who experience a serious mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders required. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work.

Salary
Salary range of $50,633 – $63,701 dependent on status of credential and experience, plus exceptional fringes including employer sponsored training, pension, and insurance. $1,000 signing bonus!

Residential Technician
Full-time 2nd shift (2 p.m. – 10 p.m.)  position available to provide support in a residential setting to people who experience an intellectual disability. Assists residents with maintaining and developing relationships in their home and their community. Facilitates a variety of activities and creates an atmosphere that promotes independence, personal decision-making, and self-sufficiency. Carries out behavior treatment plans. Assists with activities of daily living, personal care, meal preparation,
passing medications, and transportation. $500 signing bonus!

Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience working with people who have an intellectual disability is preferred. Must be willing to attend and complete paid training including group home curriculum and CPR and First Aid. Possession of a valid, unrestricted Michigan driver’s license is required. Must have the physical ability to carry out the typical job duties. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Wage
Base rate of $18.86 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, pension plan, and paid training.

Clinical Supervisor – Community Based Crisis
Provides clinical and administrative supervision to a clinical team. Coordinates with internal and external providers to assure availability of the full range of mental health services. Responsibilities include oversight of community-based crisis intervention, specifically BABH Mobile Response Team (MRT), Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT), jail, court, and police liaison positions. Responsibilities may include some oversite of other special projects and programs directly operated by the agency.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, or counseling with current Michigan licensure appropriate to field of study required. Two years of post-graduate experience in behavioral health is required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Must have the ability to demonstrate/acquire competence related to IS applications. Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Salary
Salary range of $73,659 – $88,340

Psychiatrist
Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, medication review and treatment to individuals in need of specialty psychiatric services. Services are provided in a culturally competent and trauma informed manner that focuses on a person-centered approach. In addition, prepare treatment plans, coordinate and communicate clinical decision making with input from the individual and other providers (case managers, PCPs, etc.) to ensure care is provided in a recovery-based and integrated approach. In addition, this candidate will serve as a collaborating physician for mid-level practitioners.

Qualifications
Requires M.D. or D.O. degree. Required Michigan Medical license, valid DEA required. Recognized Board Certification/eligibility preferred. Clinical experience with children and/or adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred. Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment preferred. Computer skills including experience with electronic medical record for consumer charting preferred.

Salary
Salary range is negotiable based on license and experience.
