Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health Authority (BABHA) Child and Family Services supports children and their families. We focus on the whole family and work together to help children and families reach their goals.

Our goal is to help children and families build strong relationships and improve how they function at home, at school, and in the community. We help families work through challenges, build on their strengths, and learn new skills. We want families to feel supported and able to handle difficult times.

BABHA provides special behavioral health services for children who have:

• A Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED)
• A Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and a Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
• An Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability (IDD)

These services help children build skills, become more independent, and improve their quality of life. We also help children and families reach their goals and stay on the path to recovery.
